Why would anybody bother or want to?
Almost all of the cryptos (>2000 of them) are worth bupkis. And you want to bring out a new one? What incentive would investors have to invest in/bid up your coin in a world of worthless other coins??
The only "crypto winners" (even if temporary) are the early ones... bitcoin and a few others. The rest are just greedy, pipe dreams.

I guess you missed the point and the point of Crypto 2.0. You create a token to be a utility for an application , so you can do transactions and get paid. I created a token as an example without a Dapp as a starting point for my video series. Later we will be developing an Dapp during this process.
