I am looking for a broker which can provide a web based solution where I can execute my orders. Preferably not web app, just web based since I have an external application to send the signals from.
 
Pretty much all of them, depending on what you consider a "web app" vs a "web based" solution. Those aren't well defined terms.

If you're trying to send buy/signals by scraping pages, good luck. It won't be easy. Find a broker that provides an API instead.
 
you mean API for web based trading platform, or just API for software platform? In other words, I need to execute buy and sell orders through the web . Do I need an API for that, still?

On all our software, you download and run a software platfrom, then connect to our servers over the internet, except for our FIX gateway, which is located at hosting locations. Then you VPN in over the internet to connect to your server.
