Create alerts based on patterns

Is their any software that I can use to give me alerts based on technical patterns that I can with my eye but don't know how to code?

Also, I would like it send alerts to my cell phone?

Also, I want it to screen 1,000's of stocks, es, er, ym, and forex.
 
if you can quantify the pattern, you can program it. e.g. HH, HL, etc.,

Any programmable charting software can do the job... MultiCharts, Ninja, NeoTicker, etc.

Not many programs can do text messages yet. You have to check it out.
 
the newer Prophet charts have this capability...although I think it just brings up a list of symbols fitting the pattern/other criteria you select....so not in alert style but does bring up stocks fitting certain technical patterns (wedge, channel, triangle, etc) from what I understand
