CRB Index with IB

I am trying to figure out how to get the CRB index with IB. I put CR for the ticker and select dec 08 but I don't get any data. I signed up for NYBOT/ICE and I do get data for the Russell 2000 so I don't know why it doesn't work for CRB Index.

Anyone trading CRB Index with IB?

I spoke with IB.. they do not offer CRB index. They only have CCI. Apparently it's not the same but I'm not sure.

I don't understand. I wanted CRB futures which I understand is CR. I can't get any data for CR and IB says they don't have it.

For CI I do get data.

I'm not sure what CI is, if it's similar to CRB index or not. so for now I don't mess with it.
 
It does seem confusing: There is the traditional CCI also called CRB and include 17 commodities.

THEN, on the same exchange, it lists the RJ/CRB index that is NEW. This one I could not find on IB and has 19 commodities in it.
