I don't think there were any delegates on the floor of the Republican Convention espousing their desire to assassinate Obama. This is typical Democrat, though.

Two republican attendees at the Tampa convetion were ejected for tossing peanuts at a CNN camerawoman - an african american woman - and were heard to say, "this is how we feed animals here".
Frankly, both conventions are embarrassing. Hearing the rank and file is like touring a sausage factory.
