despite having made a stoopid amount of money out of this chaos this year, I cant help feeling sad at this action, its like seeing an old friend bleeding to death slowly :-(

we're losing something here, an economy we were taking for granted. Things will be different form here on.

I dunno what you guys track. I track the SPX. I figure it will hit the 2002-2003 lows soon enough

780 or 20% down...but what if it doesnt stop there.

Its going to be a cold, lonely winter in NYC. Christmas is cancelled.

agreed. funny how its so easy to see now - but there was a lot of stupid stuff going on: ceo's making tens of billions etc... shit like that aint gonna last forever... plus all the investment banks making sick coin basically just repackaging stuff...
