Crash Monday? SVB contagion, VIX spike

It's been a while, but I finally took a lost today...
The plot:
Had to drive a friend somewhere today...
Arrived at his place 5 min before Fed action...
Told him we can't leave until I close out a long nq at the time....
Up 6%, 10 min after rate announcement...
currently flat, but decided to try and make "1" quick in and out trade while driving ... telling my friend how to do it for me...that 1 trade, ugh...
Anyway, these are the 2 screen shots I captured before putting on that trade... I'll grab current one in a bit to show the loss. Anyone want to speculate on the loss?

I'd take the friend out back if that happened...
He asked for us to speculate. So I specerlated.
It was about 1k loss from 66k peak. I made some back after hours and currently unsure what will happen now.
We can easily getback at least 1/2 of today's loss tomorrow. But the rhe negative thing about the close today is it was below the 50ma, so the slope will get negative sooner since the next 12 hrly bars will likely be below.And if the slope is negative, I will be bias short.
Last week I posted somewhere that I wold look to do a bear call spread as NDX gets to 12900 after fed announcement (NDX is about 130pts lower than NQ). Wasn't sure at the time until the action at that price level was played out. NDX got to 129xx today. But of course I was trying to decipher the moves while driving in traffic in the rain!!! ughhhh.
Anyway, I have 1 nq on for tonight but can close out any moment.
PS, I did tell my friend he cost me about 6k
