decent. It's close to gross pointe so it's a better area. The real problem are the schools - DPS needs to be fixed before home values will start to rise.

The house has 9 bedrooms. Seems a bargain for a large family - but all the kids have to go to private school, and complete SEAL training with a tactical weapons emphasis.

answer is typical '' socialist political system'' That results in depressed housing market, so many good housing buys abound.


Not that Detroit housing market will ever recover, but takes all kinds to make a market. Muslims like Detroit, but really according to those who lived there, mostly socialists screwed it down.

I'm too young to remember the riots, but from what i've been told it was one mayor in particular that really trashed the city.(c. young) A lot of shady things, even by political standards, were done under his multi-decade watch.
