it's quite possible that he is a fraud. in other words, he knows better. which is easier to believe? that he's an idiot that doesn't know what he's doing (despite an apparently successful career before starting as a media douchebag), or that he lies to benefit himself and others?
 
He is always on the opposite side, I remember a couple of months ago he thought the bottom was in. Funny because now he is calling for 7700 after the fact the dow is down 30%, gotta love it.
