CQG trader question

ive been using cqg trader vía the web and the phone app trading the 1 hr charts on the Emini’s. But the 1 hr charts start on the half hour at 9:30am est instead of on the hour. I can’t figure out how to change this. Anyone have any ideas ?

You saying that when you put your mouse over the interval (1hr time frame)...it will say 0930am est instead of 0830am est ?

CQG has great support. Email or call them. Are you using Trader, QTrader or desktop. “Trader” is very old software they do not update anymore. Desktop/mobile is their newer software.

Using desktop and the cqg phone app. I don’t really need much other than a moving average and candles. If I get no responses I’ll call Tuesday
