CQG Index data through AMP and Sierra

Using AMP licensed Sierra. I see the following in the "Find Symbol" box:

I can get historical daily bars. But I need realtime intraday data of the index. I get error "Symbol is unknown. Real-time data for Instrument X.US.NDX are not allowed"

How do I get this? Do I need to contact @AMP_Global or Sierra Support? Thanks.

AMP. There will be a charge from your data provider.

As for the historical, that comes from Sierra. It is a "feature" of SC.

Yes, but how come I don't get 1 minute delayed historical intraday data? That would be fine. I want to download this data for analysis. I am not trading off of index data
