Common sense... everyone is concerned about the fall now that we see the vaccines wane in efficacy.
If the high risk are not isolated and protect themselves this could be deadly

I have a niece that attends the University of Notre Dame (graduate school) and a close friend of mine from college who has a son (undergraduate) that attends the University of Notre Dame too.
All students were required to be fully vaccinated prior to being allowed to enroll this fall.

The University’s leaders also encouraged anyone on campus who has been vaccinated to register their status through an online tool.
The University currently requires enrolled students to be immunized for hepatitis B, meningitis, measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus and chicken pox, and last fall required all students to receive the flu vaccine, again with medical and religious exemptions.

The kids told me the bars near campus ask to see your student ID along with your driver's license to get into a bar or other venues because they know a valid student ID for the fall also means you're fully vaccinated.
Most of the bars have recently been packed especially the sports bars to watch Notre Dame football.
