That's my point...if they're going to assume the declines in the Covid numbers were due to Ivermectin while ignoring the other measures being used (e.g. strict restrictions, better medical treatment via the help from other countries, improved Contact tracing to identify / quarantine, better Covid education, increased medical supplies like Oxygen / ventilators)...
Locations that have increasing Covid numbers while using Ivermectin and not other medical treatments...they should at the minimum have supporting data from the hospitals about the use of Ivermectin.
Seriously, I can send 10 boxes of Twizzlers candy to India and then say the decline in Covid numbers was due to people eating Twizzlers. I should at least be able to post verification of people eating Twizzlers. Just as important, when the Covid numbers begin to increase...I should be able to post verification data that correlates the increasing Covid numbers to people supply of Twizzlers is too low (sarcasm).
I did find the below information about distribution of Ivermectin in India...

Yet, @carrer stated some of those areas with increasing Covid numbers are not using Ivermectin to contrast what the government stated has been distributed to the entire adult population of Goa, India.
Maybe later this weekend I will look up the Covid numbers in Goa, India since the start of this distribution of Ivermectin unless someone already has the data along with looking up the locations with increasing Covid numbers in India to find up if they distributed Ivermectin to their people.

Only a few states in India offered Ivermectin to their people. Big Pharma has successfully lobbied most of the parts of the world to not using Ivermectin.

LOL.... as noted by the manufacturer, Merck -- Ivermectin is totally ineffective at preventing or treating COVID.
You need to come up with a better argument. Using a big pharma's credibility doesn't work anymore, at least to the smart people.
If Ivermectin was effective in treating COVID then don't you think they would be pitching it to boost sales significantly?
Merck can not promote their own drug (Ivermectin) as a treatment for Covid due to liability reasons...people will sue them big time if they promote it as a treatment for Covid without approval by the FDA and then the patient dies.
Until then, it's a wait and see, until hospitals submit their data and Merck themselves does their own clinical trials to make the FDA all smiles.
Yet, it does makes me wonder about all those deaths and explosion of Covid illnesses because such occurred when these miracle drugs were available.
- Thus, is there a social issue...such as only the rich could afford and had access to the drugs whereas the poor did not ???
Yet, so far in my brief research...I've noticed a handful of other drugs being used with Ivermectin. In fact, I can not find anywhere in which only Ivermectin was the drug in treating Covid illness.
- Note: I believe someone in this thread has already stated Ivermectin was being used with other drugs without listing those other drugs.
- Doxycycline
- Favipiravir (fabiflu)
- Azithromycin
- Remdesivir (big Pharma pushes this drug)
- Zinc (I myself take zinc and vitamin D since my athletic days in secondary school)
- Plasma Therapy (currently flagged by government of India)
- Steroids (concerns about misuse...leading to a dramatic increase in Black Fungus...now listed as an epidemic in India)
- Hydroxychloroquine
Steroids and anticoagulants were advised for moderate cases, and immediate oxygen therapy, intubation, ventilation, and immune-modulators were added for severe cases.
The medical body retained remdesivir (for moderate to severe cases) and tocilizumab, an off-label immunosuppressant for severe to critically ill patients.
- The above is being used with Ivermectin and I couldn't find any mention of the typical cost of being treated with the above in combo with Ivermectin.

Yes, Goa has declines in their Covid numbers too but they also had the strict restrictions and the other things I mentioned from the BBC article.
Things will be more clear in about 1 - 2 months because the restrictions and their curfew are not being removed.
I will assume people will continue using Ivermectin and we can then better measure the metrics and merits of Ivermectin without the help from those other measures along with the fact that I now know that Ivermectin is being used in combo with other drug treatments.

Any company produce Ivermectin because the patent has expired in 1996.
The price is around 200 USD/kg.
1 tablet = 3mg
1 tablet = 0.0006 USD
As noted in drug patent watch, Ivermectin’s original U.S. patent may have expired in 1996 but there are 12 additional U.S follow-up patents for Ivermectin plus 102 foreign patents. Most companies (in fact all) producing genetics for Ivermectin simply find it best to navigate this patent maze by manufacturing under license agreement with Merck. This allows support from Merck while alleviating all possible patent entanglements. Of course Merck makes money off of these agreements. There are 10 suppliers of Ivermectin listed worldwide.
According to drug patent watch -- the pricing information for Ivermectin is about $4 per unit.
