Complete and total failure of WHO and the CDC.
As you can see below, the WHO posted on Jan. 14th that there was no evidence of human-to-human transmission. It was already too late. It was too late because China was busy covering it up.

The CDC posted on January 28th that the immediate risk of #2019nCoV in the U.S. is considered low. Again, it was already too late.

On February 25th, Fauci stated that we need to start thinking about mitigation including social distancing, closing schools etc. On February 25th!? It was already too late! Why!? Because China lied and the WHO was a complete and total failure.
1 in 8 pregnant women test positive for Covid in one NY hospital.
Turns out one hospital began testing all pregnant women coming in for delivery about 2 weeks ago and found almost 14% were positive for Covid and almost all asymptotic.
It’s a pretty good size sample of 200+ but very localized. Could implicate a much larger positivity rate in NY than the 1.5% based off of current testing rates. So maybe a 10x factor.

Plus, keeping in mind that men get it at a higher rate than women which would not be reflected in a group of pregnant people - at least where I grew up.
