I got it. Felt achey first two days, tired for like 4 and going on one week now and feel normal. The tired is like a brain fog tired, not like running 10 games of basketball. No headache, shortness of breathe, fever. Oh, I did lose my taste/smell which is slowly coming back. Today is my first week completed quarantined. I’ve taken 2000 mg vitamin c daily, vitamin d and two shots of liquid zinc every two hours first day then once a day after. Thank you Lord, I am grateful for you looking over me.
Glad it was a mild experience and u now seem OK. It appears to be the case for most middle aged folks, tougher on the bigger ones afaik ( some had it quite bad, the one I know(indirectly) who had it worst was using nasty PEDs). Yet a few u wouldn't expect go through hell/die, although unfortunately this kind of sad turn of events happened also before covid.
About those who are having a surprisingly tough time recovering from covid, check Khamzat Chimaev, a rising UFC star, who had to postpone twice already his fight with Leon Edwards ( not 100% convinced the issue is covid and not the perspective to fight Edwards)
