We could eat better and greatly reduce cases of HD and Cancer. But we don't. And there isn't much push to do so, either. Too much money in it.
Wearing a mask costs nothing but respect for the citizen next to us. Eating better is economically unaffordable for tens of millions. Hardly comparable.
My point is most people should worry about what will really kill them and stop making poor choices that contribute to heart disease and cancer causing activities. But of course that doesn’t fit the narrative.

It is your own choice not to take care of your heatlh and die from HD or cancer..
But it is not normal that your covid infection might kill somebody else because of your behavior.
You can decide about your life, but not someone else's life. Deciding on the life and death of someone else can lead to murder.
While driving, have you ever exceeded the posted speed limit or ever used a electronic device?
I know people who killed by a driver without exceeding speed limit or ever using a electronic device. The driver went to jail.
I know about a man who was HIV positive, infected another man who died from it. He went to jail for murder.

Covid is,and apparently VERY infectious. So one more reason to be careful.
