Court’s open-minded GOP appointees may give health care a chance

So basically the article says the four liberals will vote in party line lockstep, as they always do, but the conservatives will try to reach a reasoned decision.

Why does that not surprise me?

My understanding re NY, the situation will be worse for NY. Although it's not advertised much NY has some sort of health care for everyone.

For example, my daughter doesn't have health care at work, NY has free healthcare program for her, the baby and live in boyfriend (who may or may not be working - but he qualifies because she does and the baby does). Nice deal.

I think all this will change with Obamacare, for the worse.

Why didn't you criticise Justice Thomas along with the democrat appointed Justices ? The article says he is doing the same as they are.
