Court rules in Yelp's favor in libel lawsuit
Yelp is not responsiblefor negative reviews on its site, a federal appeals court ruled this week, dismissing a lawsuit filed by a locksmith company over a bad review. The court ruled that Yelp was liable for distributing but not creating the content.(San Jose Mercury News)

Why on earth would they be responsible for the comments made by third parties. At best they are responsible for removing obvious trolling.
