No matter what you say to deflect, Horowitz was a dud so Barr is trying again. How would you feel if after Mueller report Dems hired another person to do the same investigation?

Barr already had an idea the report would not match his conspiracy theory so he started a separate investigation before Horowitz was even done...

Even though Horowitz has been investigating all of this for some time, there was one major indication early on that Barr wouldn’t be satisfied with his conclusions — namely, that he had appointed another prosecutor to launch a separate review.
This was Barr's backup plan in case Horowtiz did not match trump's theory of a Dark State in the FBI trying to take him down...
I expect halfway through Durham, Barr will be launching another investigation with someone else outside Justice to back up and find something the two reports says does not exits.

Not the same investigations just because they overlap in regard to the DOJ piece in some areas. Horowitz has no jurisdiction whatsoever to look at the entire origings of the trump investigation. Only the fisa/doj piece. You are arguing that tail should be wagging the dog. ie. that he can stop/preclude/preempt Barr and Durham from doing the larger investigation just by doing his localized pied. Ahh. No.
As I said. Appoint Durham as an independent counsel as they did with Mueller to insulate him from politics as with Mueller... little joke there.
The saddest part of all of this is that Durham will most likely be investigated himself. And if history tells us anything he will either have to face the ire of Donald Trump or he will break the law trying to carry out his agenda.

No. He’ll most likely be investigated for fraud related to the release of his report. See him and Horowitz have the same information but Durham has a political agenda while Horowitz has a professional directive to follow.
If Durham misrepresents the findings and recommends criminal charges for political reasons that’s fraud. Once that’s on the table the whole investigation will have to be opened up, including his stupid little memo he released yesterday.
It doesn’t matter that Durham is looking at the broader agencies because there’s nothing there either. His agenda is to help trump in 2020. Horowitz’s agenda is to make the fbi a better place.
Anyway, Durham will be a dud. The only question is whether he is willing to go to jail for Donald Trump.
