It looks like it is part of Flynn's situation, and the government's argument against dismissal or refusal to release alleged exculpatory info is that misfud's role was not pertinent or exculpatory for Flynn because Mifsud's involvement was with Popadopoulis.

If so, then fine but i dont understand your "so much for Mifsud" comment just because the connection is not to Flynn. He has lots of shadowy connections and Barr and Durham are investigating it. The idea that mifsud is not a bad actor in some of this remains to be seen. There is evidence to the contrary.

You seemed dismissive of any reasons why Barr would be carrying out further investigation of Misfud in Italy and elsewhere, and I merely pointed out that Misfud is well-deserving of further investigation based on known direct or circumstantial evidence that has been documented in previous investigations and elsewhere.
