Should be some hub-bub about McCabe next week.

The judge gave the government until Nov. 15 to either charge mccabe or release the documents he requested.

As I discussed a while back, I dont agree with the press reporting that said that the judge said that the government had to decide by the 15th whether he was going to be indicted for anything. The judge did not say that. The government can hand over the documents and still indict him later.

Nevetheless, the arrival of November 15th probably will cause some discussion in the media. Probably bogus reporting then too, but whatevah.

If Trumps DOJ doesn't indict and imprison a slew of Obama Deep State higher ups that plotted this coupe and gained FISA warrants on fabricated "piss gate" dossiers, it's pretty certain this whole country will quickly revert to steep negative trajectory.

Trump never cleaned out the FBI/DOJ/CIA from Obama/Bush/Clinton holdovers, so the situation is precarious. my 2 cents.

Update:

Horowitz has agreed to appear before the Senate - probably Judiciary committee. not sure. on Dec. 11. to testify about his report.

So, there is that, and presumably he will spring the report a couple weeks or more before that so that Senators and the public can digest it. I am assuming that as being the normal order- but have not heard that- and of course it would line up with the rumored "after Thanksgiving" date.
