Exactly. Bunch of sniveling wussies trying to suck up to the mainstream media. Has Hillary ever apologized for all the crap Al Sharpton has been involved in? Not on your life. In fact, the media wouldn't dare ask her because they know she would cut them out of further access.
 
Republicans are done for 8 years anyway. They'll lose 08 by a landslide. Maybe get close in 12. The country moved left. Plus we'll be in recession and most Americans will have economic angst that built up these last few years.

Face it kiddies. W blew up the Rep party. The whole world hates the guy save for some religious clickers and other groupies nobody wants to hear from anymore.

Edwards hired two bloggers who had slandered Christians, particularly Catholics, in the most vile terms. No one in the media called him on it. O'Reilly made a stink and even then he didn't fire them.

I was a little surprised that no one objected to him hiring bloggers in the first place. How is that different from the ethical mess that the administration got in for paying certain columnists?

Anyway, the double standard here is obvious. Coulter makes a joke and every candidate and half the conservative columnists are all over her. Edwards goes out and makes a calculated decision to hire a couple of vile bloggers, and it is not news.

I doubt Ann particularly cares if she put Republican candidates in a bind. She is a political commentator and satirist, not a party hack. It's not like any of the candidates are great conservatives in the Reagan mold either. They did miss a great chance to show that they weren't weenies and couldn't be pushed around by the leftwing media. Too bad they all failed it.
