could strategy building on tick charts be robust?

Tick charts ease out volatility, so if your strategy gets disturbed by volatility changes...then tick charts is the better way to go...

But tick charts, probably not.
i think that small timeframe like 1 minute concluded too small opinion about situation on the market. And my shortterm system trade well only on 30 minute. If you use small timeframe grafs you will get a small average winning trade to which will powerfully affect a costs.

Yes true.
Short term systems have higher win % and lower (average win/average loss) than longer term systems.

But the advantages of a short term system is less market exposure and INCREASED trade frequency. The latter is where the appeal is.

I don not think that it a advantage. A trade frequency is not good for a system. I mean that the number of trades must be an actual value for each timeframe.
