Could Zuck be fired from Facebook? The short answer is, no. Why? Because he owns the majority of shares and the good type of shares what gives him special voting rights.

So how about Elon? A quick search says:
"Musk still owns 445.6 million shares, says S&P Global Market Intelligence. That gives him a 14.1% ownership position in the electric-vehicle company"
So I guess the board could fire him. Except the board is made of either his bodies or relatives, and beside that, Tesla is a cult. So firing the cult leader is one of the best ways to collapse the stock...
