Could Elon Musk be fired from tesla ?

Musk believes in absolute free speech meaning that any terms of service that allowed the company to ban some like trump was wrong. he then bought Twitter and started banning some people while unbanning others. That’s the hypocrisy. He said one thing and did another.

this is what schiff had pointed out and then musk called him a name. Which incidentally you said was wrong (when someone did it to musk) but then said it was okay when musk did it to schiff.

you have acknowledged the censorship when you made it about conservatives vs liberal.

You’re playing chess with a pigeon. What are doing up at 4am?

You clearly did not read what I said.

1)-I think everyone deserves free speech, 1st Ammendment, as defined in the Constitution, period.

2)-That means anyone can call anyone anything they want, I don't care who called who what, or whether you call me or anyone else whatever name you want to use. I don't care, it's legal. I personally don't think name-calling is the best first choice, but I can do it with the best of them if need be. I prefer to exchange of ideas, just a preference.

3)-If someone is banned for internal security reasons for the safety of the CEO, and the rules regarding that are in the Terms of Service, and those terms are legal, I have no problem at all with anyone banning anyone who violates the Terms of Service they agreed to. Breach of contract deserves no respect or special treatment.

That's the whole case, conjecture, speculate about me or what I think, or what my views are all you want. Everyone gets an opinion, it doesn't matter. Having an opinion means nothing. I don't care if you have one, you don't have to care whether I have one. Free speech. Enjoy.

Stop all the "concern" about "Musk said, Schiff said." These are grown men, public figures, they don't care, they love the attention, they can take care of themselves. They are toying with you and you're taking it serious. It's what they want. It's a game to them, all fun all the time.

If what everyone is doing is legal, I don't care about the details, let everyone have at it. I'm not getting "shocked" or all jazzed up because someone dissed someone else. No big deal. It's legal.

Happy holidays to all!

Elon revised the TOS post facto to justify banning ElonJet. Honestly can't believe the mental gymnastics of Elon stans.

1. You believe in absolute free speech (not the equivalent of the first amendment which only applies to the government).
2. you deny people absolute free speech on your platform. But don’t deny yourself that absolute free speech.
3. your name is Elon musk. therefore you aren’t a hypocrite.

1. You call people names.
2. That’s bad.
3. Your name is Elon musk.
4. It’s okay then.

TSLA stock has never been a stock that trades logically.
Watch what happens when it starts creeping up.
The higher it goes, the more shorts that will pile on.
Regardless of the number of shares outstanding because of splits, history has proven the deep pocketed whales can run this thing to the moon on the backs of shorts.

Lets put all politics aside... it may go lower... but it will bounce, and when it does, those of you that have been around awhile and know how the game of algorythms with deep pockets work, know that the trap will once again be set.

If folks want to see TSLA trade at a PE of Ford or GM... then don't bait the trap when it spikes up.
It's all numbers and which whales have the deepest pockets. But if no shorts jump in on a few large upspikes... it will go down. Maybe that will happen, maybe it won't... but make no mistake... the stock is a rigged slot machine.
Looks like the game has started.
