Hello, IB's network engineers or IB's sales man or Other Elite traders:

Could anyone tell me which network at Xiamen China is faster to IB TWS trading servers? where are these IPs location?
101.*.28, is this at Shanghai Telecom or Europe? ; 103.38.91.* is at Europe or Hongkong? ; 8.17.22.* is at USA? ;

Now only offline TWS can connect to servers, but it still often suddenly cann't connect to servers.
