COT Index

Is there a way to get COT Index for commodities for free?

So far I have been only able to find free COT Charts on www.barchart.com

And free COT Index, but only with a half-year lag, here: http://cotbase.com/try-it
The up-to-date version is unfortunately for a fee.

And I cba to make my own out of the original CFTC data.

I know that the COT charts are free at COTbase.com, click here.

Of course they are only showing the COT charts and only for one year long charts, but they are for all markets!

I knew about these charts, they show them for free on Barchart.com as well.

My problem is getting the COT index for free (it is an oscillator, something like RSI, but calculated from current and historical net positions rather than prices).

I'll make sure I read your thread.

There is someone trying to sell the cot index for $2000 for a variety of platforms but if you can program then google cot index formula and it is available free.
