I think that's the main issue...and they may be pressured to do this policy by state health departments, etc. We want as few people touching merchandise as possible. It's already hard enough for me to remember to bring disinfectant wipes when I go to the store...I don't want to be picking up stuff that's been touched by 5 extra people and their kids...

When customers and members of their families have put their dirty hands on the product, leaving viruses and germs on it, why should Costco take it back? If want so much of a product and buy it, you own it. And who is going to disinfect it and what about other customers buying it and putting themselves at risk of getting sick?
Should have bought stock in any company that manufactures and/or distributes bidets. Because let me tell you...After this crisis passes, people are going to be thinking hard about that option. AND...better for the environment. Win win?
And I bet that when this blows over, you're going to join a club like Costco, so this never happens to you again. Aye?
