Cost to go public on OTCC or Pink sheets?

I also have a vague memory of USD300k min more likely 500k as per others above for what is effectively an IPO. That is why nobody ever buys back the float with these things - easier to start a new company or do a rollback to dilute existing shareholders into the next galaxy.

Most tickers are going to run about 500k to get things going properly . The keyword is "properly" because it can be done cheaply but you might just find yourself out of the legal fees and in the middle of someone eleses mess. And don't forget you need to get the shares trading so you need lots of paper to pay people with. If you can't get them trading you just blew a ton of money for nothing and the odds are against you. Just look at how many penny stocks that don't trade and already have everything in place!

I hate to say this but unless you already have deep pockets it is not going to happen.

The poor have no business getting involved in this business.

I figured as much. Still I am wondering if even a pink sheet could get attention if the business shows steady earnings.

The trick is to keep putting out press releases and keeping investors informed or hire a stock promoter. That is what all of the pump and dump schemes do.

Now if you really want to get the stock moving I would suggest a bogus press release that claims a cure for cancer or being bought out by Google. Those have a good chance of getting the stock moving and I would say early retirement is in the near future for the persons involved. Could not help myself with this one.
