Cost of Tradestation6

I wanted to subscribe to Tradestation6 for there real time charting software but dont want to trade through them and was quoted$199.00 per month,has anyone been offered a better deal?

You don't have to trade with them - I believe you just have to open an account with them, in which case it is $99/Month. If you open a futures account, you can probably keep a small amount of money in a "trading" account.

I'm paying $100/month, plus a couple of $10 charges (one for futures, and one Level II). I do not have a trading account with them.

However, I am registered as a previous owner (TS4), so I was eligable for a reduced price. For a while, that discount was available to everybody, but they seem to have stopped that.

I trade through them, it costs me $99 plus $10 for level II. I really like them ...but..if all you need is real time charting... I think that could be accomplished a lot cheaper.
