Quite so. Even if he did not go on to be Flynn's judge on his criminal charges, the judge is already in for heap of scrutiny on just the fisa warrant alone if he did not probe the sufficiency of evidence to support the governments request for a fisa warrant. That is why he is there, duh. If the government just recycled information from the dossier prepared by the Clinton campaign without asking if the government had independently corroborated it, then the judge got plenty of problems ahead of him.

They made the right choice to try to compensate for the fact that Flynn had already perjured himself. I don't think any of them, Flynn included, are saying that letting Flynn testify under oath without an attorney present was the smartest game in town.

And who ultimately decides which documents will be released to the house subpoena requests about FBI behavior now that Sessions has recused. Right again.

The Dems have this delusion they can retake the House, with Trump bring tried by a corrupt MSM in the public eye they'll try a shot at Impeachment.
