correct time frame to use?

hi, can anyone explain which time zone i should be using if i'm trading in the asian session? i am trading hang seng and s&p500 futures in the asian time zone and i'm not sure what's the correct time zone to use. please advise!
 
I am also trade asia session i have found the best time is between 8:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. eastern time zone U.S.
