Correct Data on Index Membership

Anyone know where to get correct index membership info? For example, I am having trouble getting the correct, up-to-date info on the Russell 1000. Even Russell.com page on the RUS1000 is as of June 30, 2006, which is way too out of date.

They only rebalance it once a year. In June.

I know they do: I trade that rebalancing. But how can they have PD in the index (taken over) and not make a change? That's a huge company that accounts for a large allocation.
