These guys prefer their bubble of conspiracy theories and tabloid facts. There isn’t much help for many of them, as they are now fully indoctrinated into the cult of personality that is Trump.

There is no rhyme or reason to the right anymore, just nationalism, guns and anti immigration. The rest can go whatever way Fox and Trump want to go.

Perhaps we have to start doing it for them, oppose our own positions to show how to weigh the probabilities or possible outcomes in you head before speaking. Of course they don't have to do anything of they just parrot Fox.

I do wonder if it were Rupert Murdock not Robert Maxwell who 'accidentally' fell off a motor yacht where things would be now. We would probably be returned to / living on the moon already

1. the site has been down 90 percent of the time since the pick was made.
2. arguing jurisprudence with leftists and leftist trolls is not even the least be interesting to me anymore. Especially since the most of the trolls are not american and know nothing about american jurisprudence. (I do argue jurisprudence with Piezoe because he is not a troll though he does get triggered once in a while. )

and while many conservatives here don't like to see activism from the right or the left.. and ... while I don't expect Kavanaugh to be an activist... if he is seated and his activism wipes out leftist activism... I will allow myself to enjoy a sort of 2 wrongs making a right type of justice. (something I typically would argue against.)
