Corporate finance book recommendations?

My intro MBA finance class will be using this overpriced crappy textbook. Is there any good alternative you would recommend for reference? I'll be learning these topics: TVM, interest rates, bond / stock valuation, cash flow, etc. and their calculations / formulae. Thanks!

I liked it, and it has a ton of good amazon reviews
