They are.

But complete Government intrusion in our financial affairs has been 'grandfathered' in.

People no longer question whether a right to financial privacy even exists because for the vast majority of Americans, financial privacy never has existed in their lifetime.


That, and the IRS and current tax law has intimated the hell out of your average American from protesting.
