Corporate DEI programs at risk from affirmative action decision

Corporate DEI programs will die their own death without any interference. They're already on their way out. People spend money on this crap when they want to project their companies as "caring". We did it. And we regret it. Then when money gets tight, these are the first trash cans to be taken to the curb.

It is a bullshit position... a HR officer already working for the company can simply take on whatever duties it entails which is simply ensuring there is a welcoming/inclusive environment. As long as everybody simply follows the normal rules found in any employee handbook, should not be a problem.

However it is an important role because it reduces liability risks of a company to make sure some idiot does not harass an employee and open the company up to a lawsuit.

As for grooming, the biggest grooming organization in the world is the Church, responsible for countless rapes and yet not a peep from the virtue signalers.

I am trying to debate ideas but you are just attacking me personally as you have the lost the argument. You are a convert, they are always the most extreme when joining a new religion.
 
Believe it or not, Fox actually has a pretty good DEI initiative but it hasn’t helped with all of the law suits.

Because, like most DEI "initiatives" its in name only. These people in these jobs don't actually do anything, or know how to.
