The virus might not fade in warm weather, the National Academy of Sciences warned in a new report.

The Academy report stated: “Given that countries currently in ‘summer’ climates, such as Australia and Iran, are experiencing rapid virus spread, a decrease in cases with increases in humidity and temperature elsewhere should not be assumed.”

Today Dr. Fauci said with some trepidation that schools might be able to re-open in September.
This state of limbo we're in will likely last through the summer, at least. I shudder to think what happens to the economy if that is the case.

UK slow for 5days, very few going to hospital, PM saying over the worst release lockdown next week maybe, today big jump in numbers, hospitals stressed talk of going martial law.

Somethings changed, rumors of a more lethal mutation aswell, which if true could be the change, but the odds on a mutation this quick are low, but guess more of the virus out there, more to mutate.

The models have been woefully wrong. The CDC has gone from predicting up to 2.2m US deaths, down the 200k then down to 81k in two different revisions in the past 11 days.

And let’s face it, when it’s done it will be revised lower again.

It’s basically a bad case of the flu, except there is a legit cure for Covid unlike the flu.
