I am genuinely scared of this entire fcking situation
Millions are gonna die worldwide, esp Africa India South America when temps drop
I'd expect >700k dead in usa easy by end of year after 2nd fall wave
Looting and home invasions are a big concern
Homeless numbers will surge
USA federal actions are too little too late and shockingly incompetent
Food shortages due to dead workers and truckers etc will be serious
I am stocking up on food water and ammo.
Don't trust the government, they are whitewashing the seriousness of the situation to reduce panic.
Read up on Spanish flu, it lasted 3 years

Buy a second freezer...shoot the looters, cut them up and freeze them just in case the stores run out of meat. 
Then again, some people should never be allowed to carry a weapon even law enforcement...
By the way, saw another guy at the grocery store wearing a long trench coat with a military duffle bag like backpack. He walked around the store awhile and then quietly left without buying any thing.
Must be a prelude of what's to come.

Reality, if things get that bad...I doubt the exchanges will be open. Too much of a shock instead of just fear.
Yet, if things do get that bad (shock & fear), stores will have a problem stocking guns & ammo just like they did in New York after 911 for about a few weeks. You'll then also see an unusual growth (new enlistments) in the National Guard, Reservists and Active Duty especially when there's a President that continues stating "this is a war".

If truly a war, even though we should have already, we will open up shop across the board. Endure casualties...easily obviously less than 1% of total pop.
