It is so tiring proving how bad you are at this...
First of all Nigeria has nothing near the amount of population density or movement that the U.S. has. Are people flying in and out of Nigeria the same rates they are flying in and out of U.S. When cases first popped up in Asia and Europe, where did people from those regions fly into..... U.S.... the number of cases should be a lot higher. Simple math.
When COVID hit, how much of the U.S. v. Nigeria population is in regular close contact with each other. In the U.S. people were in schools, malls, outdoor gatherings.. U.S. has 4 times more population living in urban areas than Nigeria. 64 million in Nigeria compared to about 250 million in U.S. Population density is a direct cause of any virus spread.
It is no surprise that U.S. would have more cases overall than Nigeria. Also the millions and millions in Nigeria who live in rural areas with no medical care means the amount of vaccines and medicines is dramatically less but that group of people is not spreading covid as much as the city folk are. Vax rate is higher in U.S. because there were more vaccines made available.
47% of Nigerians live in urban areas compared to 80% in U.S.
So to put up a chart and show Nigeria had less cases than U.S. is so beyond comparing apples and oranges it has nothing to do with vax, closures or medicines even.
So if cases alone are so much greater in a larger more densely populated country, all the other figures would match.
It is like bragging Montana had less cases than NY so Montana's approach worked better than NY. Bitch please.
