Corona Virus Death Rate will be about .6% to .7%

Please stop the nonsense. You are completely ignorant.

Early data from China suggested a 3.4% case fatality rate2 and that asymptomatic infections were uncommon,3 thus the case fatality rate and infection fatality rate would be about the same. Mathematical models have suggested that 40–81% of the world population could be infected,4,5 and have lowered the infection fatality rate to 1.0% or 0.9%.5,6 Since March 2020, many studies have estimated the spread of the virus causing COVID-19 – severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) – in various locations by evaluating seroprevalence. I used the prevalence data from these studies to infer estimates of the COVID-19 infection fatality rate.

Objective To estimate the infection fatality rate of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from seroprevalence data. Methods I searched PubMed and preprint servers for COVID-19 seroprevalence studies with a sample size  500 as of 9 September, 2020. I also retrieved additional results of national studies from preliminary press releases and reports. I assessed the studies for design features and seroprevalence estimates. I estimated the infection fatality rate for each study by dividing the number of COVID-19 deaths by the number of people estimated to be infected in each region. I corrected for the number of antibody types tested (immunoglobin, IgG, IgM, IgA). Results I included 61 studies (74 estimates) and eight preliminary national estimates. Seroprevalence estimates ranged from 0.02% to 53.40%. Infection fatality rates ranged from 0.00% to 1.63%, corrected values from 0.00% to 1.54%. Across 51 locations, the median COVID-19 infection fatality rate was 0.27% (corrected 0.23%): the rate was 0.09% in locations with COVID-19 population mortality rates less than the global average (< 118 deaths/million), 0.20% in locations with 118–500 COVID-19 deaths/million people and 0.57% in locations with > 500 COVID-19 deaths/million people. In people < 70 years, infection fatality rates ranged from 0.00% to 0.31% with crude and corrected medians of 0.05%.

So where have you cut and pasted this text from? First of all it immediately confuses CFR and IFR in the first paragraph.

I have provided many times the proven CFR and estimated IFR for the U.S. and the world based on proper data.

You cite the WHO and then praise Taiwan. You must be bi-polar. Go get more bullshit from CNN, meanwhile I am citing academic papers. Sorry for your loss pal.

Yet --- you cannot provide a link to the academic paper you are citing.

Obviously because it is from a source which is complete bullshiat.

Let's take a look at some of the other nonsense from John Ioannidis...

This is another "study" from John Ioannidis who has been pushing loads of fake nonsense regarding COVID-19. Let's see what the media and other medical specialists have to say about this latest bullshiat paper from May 13th. As noted by others -- John Ioannidis has become brazen in pushing his falsehoods.

For his Covid-19 work, the Stanford scientist John Ioannidis is being accused of the same bad science he has criticized.

Let's take a look at other right-wing anti-science propaganda pushed by John Ionnidas including his "reproducibility crisis" nonsense.

He continues to actively push fake statistics from other Stanford staff members that have been totally debunked. He refuses to testify for Democratic House but only for the Republican Senate.

Let's take a look at all of Professor John Ioannidis' support for the conservative National Association of Scholars NAS and a few of his positions in papers and media that liberals are ruining academia and science using a fake narrative of "reproducibility crisis".

As starting point review this paper by the National Association of Scholars NAS pushing the "reproducibility crisis" fallacy using many quotes and references from their star, Professor John Ioannidis.

Let's take a look at a Wired article showing that Professor John Ioannidis political clowns are pushing a false narrative....
Science's "Reproducibility Crisis" Is Being Used as Political Ammunition
A report from the National Association of Scholars takes on the reproducibility crisis in science. Not everyone views the group’s motives as pure.

Let's take a look at Professor John Ioannidis starting and supporting the conservative war on science.

Since science’s crisis made it to the headlines thanks to a cover of The Economist in October 2013 and based on previous works John P.A. Ioannidis, it was only a matter of time before the crisis become enrolled in this long-standing fight between regulators and the regulated.

Thus, few were surprised when recently the EPA proposed new rules this April for transparency meant to fight “secret science” and simultaneously the NAS – not the National Academy of Science but the National Association of Scholars [sic] – published a report on science’s “irreproducibility”, urging remedial action including: Congress should pass an expanded Secret Science Reform Act to prevent government agencies from making regulations based on irreproducible research.

  • Congress should require government agencies to adopt strict reproducibility standards by measures that include strengthening the Information Quality Act.
The report blames the crisis on the “progressive left” and its attack on higher education with “neo-Marxism, radical feminism, historicism, post-colonialism, deconstructionism, post-modernism, liberation theology, and a host of other ideologies”.

And of course there is the JetBlue funding of his work to state that COVID-19 is harmless...

So you cant form an opinion to attack the actual work, so you attack the messenger instead.

In other words, you have nothing.

WILDCHILD = ABSOLUTE FUCKING BRILLIANCE

Wildchild in March the death rate will be between .6% and .7%.

The CDC at the end September, the Covid death rate is .65%.

That finding is roughly consistent with the CDC's most recent "best estimate," based on studies of the epidemic's impact in other countries, that the overall COVID-19 infection fatality rate (IFR)—the share of Americans infected by the virus who will die as a result—is about 0.65 percent. According to Worldometer's tally, the current death toll in the United States is about 210,000. The CDC's IFR estimate therefore implies that around 32 million Americans, a bit less than 10 percent of the U.S. population, have been infected.
