Going back to my fanny-pack, bleach and water bong.... the bleach thing.... breathing that, even through a long tube might be an issue. Solution... add an activated charcoal filter in the tube. That should work. No viruses are getting by my bong/charcoal/fanny-pack breathing apparatus.

I just checked, I can draw air through a (new) Brita water filter... so if any of you want to make a redneck "country-boy can survive" Youtube how-to video... there ya go.

When I was in high school, I had the bright idea of modifying the air intake of the carburetor on a V-8 Dodge Duster to include a tube connected to one of those cylindrical propane cans, that I could open up while driving for extra horsepower. Didn't work. Lucky I didn't blow myself up eh?

First case outside of China was in Thailand on Jan 13th. They only have 411 cases and 1 death after all that time. About the same mortality rate as the flu. Pretty amazing for an overcrowded 3rd world country. Explain how a country with 10x the population of WA can have 1/4th the cases, 1/83rd times the deaths and have had the virus longer.

Maybe it's the exceptional Thai healthcare system?

Cruise ships are packed with a bunch of old farts, so take the death rate from Diamond Princess and divided it by two. The complete set of numbers are not in, but it is going to come in at about .6% to .7%.
