OK so I missed 10 points, with no heat .... I was looking for a bigger target ..... to the downside :eek:

Had a look at it...first problem is the opening and shut off period...IMO shut off too late...volumes drop significantly after say 15 gmt.

I have a set up that starts 6.30 gmt...bit before europe gets moving..

Conceptually...not bad though.

I am not a time trader....but everybody to their own....

When I first came across it, the 30ema, reminded me of George Lane who further developed the Stochs, GL would put a trendline on the 5m t/f and wait for it to break, he always used a 38sma. Both these ma's are pretty much the same. Both techniques are ok for a few pips.

Took a short @ 1.3509 and took 9 pips on that (bailed cause 00 # on the way).
