With an approval rating in the 50s with blacks I doubt he gets 90%+. More importantly Biden will have the lowest black voter turnout of any democrat presidential nominee.West will also take some black votes.

Funding the police is a pretty popular opinion. You can support both funding the police and holding them to higher standards. I don't know too many people who are against cameras to hold police to account. However, I don't think most black people want their neighborhoods terrorized by criminals either.

Not when Dems need high black voter and prog turnout.Stein only got 1.1 % of the vote and black turnout lower than Obamas and it cost Hillary the election.Nadar got 2.7% of the vote and it definitely cost Gore the election.

If he would have mentioned reform as well it might not have been as bad.For the thousands that protested and voted for Biden in 2020 it was huge knife in the back and we will return the favor in 2024.
