You keep harping on this point, but you are missing the trees by staring at the forest.

It says right there that polar bears a threatened species, not endangered. So if the legalese says endangered, and the animal is not listed as endangered, then it passes the legal test.

Even a MAGA Republican understands that you need 51 Senators to remove filibuster and Manchin-Sinema said they won't in 21.

If Biden doesn't have the strength to take on 2 Senators obstructing his agenda he shouldn't be president and millions of Dem voters will vote for another presidential candidate willing to do so.You may support a weak feckless president unwilling to fight to keep his promises but not every Dem voter does.

Of course this is all moot as Biden himself supports the filibuster making Manchin and Senima irrelevant and just another excuse for Biden supporters to place blame for Bidens horrendous presidency.

Manchin was waffling at one time.Seeing he would face no consequences for defying Biden and knowing that Biden himself supports the filibuster he had no problems defending it.

Fight it in court if need be.You are harping on this point, but you are missing the trees by staring at the forest.Biden never had any intentions to keep his promise of not drilling,it was just another lie he told to beat Bernie.That lie wont work in 2024 though and many climate voters who voted for him in 2020 wont be doing so in 24.
