Cornel West, Progressive Scholar, Announces Third-Party Bid for President

Court reform bill hasn't gone to a full vote. Its not going to go anywhere when the president publicly opposes it.

The court reform bill has 62 sponsors,Bidens infrastructure bill had 5.

You can't get majority Democrats in the House to support it, forget the Senate and you want Biden to waste his time on it? Over something that has never worked in a hundred years and needs sixty votes in the Senate.

You dont know that you cant get majority Democrats in the House to support it.

Needs 51 votes in The Senate.

You dont know how many Dems are against it until the president advocates for it.Of course its going nowhere with the party if the president says he opposes it.

It has has never worked in a hundred years, but The SC has never been this unpopular in 100 years. The SCs numbers are even worst than Bidens.

It's not a budgetary bill, it will need 60 votes just like the police reform bill.

That would be a valid excuse if Biden didn't side with Manchin and Sinema on Senate rules, expanding the court etc.

But we aren't even talking about court expansion here, we are simply talking about changing Senate rules and you don't even have the votes for it.

There will never be the votes for it if the president opposes it.
