With more than a year remaining for the election, enthusiasm and polling are irrelevant at this point. Wait till Trump is the nominee, you will see the enthusiasm.

Turnout also depends on the opponent is, whatever Biden's approval rating is, it would be better than Trump or DeSatan on election day which is what matters.
While not as important as blacks and progressives Biden has got another problem with a group that is important for Dems to win.
Blacks stayed home once when Trump was the nominee.They are more pissed with Biden than unenthusiastic as they were with Hillary.
