Atlas trades quite a bit of the ethanol crush OTC products. Not sure of all of the details, but I know they do decent volume. Progressive Fuels also does some, but I know very little about that company.
Exch traded market is wide & thin for ethanol. Its my understanding that The OTC mkt is a lot thicker. Chemoil does a lot of the ethanol crush.
