Cop tazes mentally retarded person for no reason.

Mentally retarded person has his hands in the air and the cop tazes him repeatedly. It would be poetic justice if some of these cops who are just straight up bullies ended up in prison, so some real "tough guys" could work them over, but it doesnt ever seem to happen.

Odd that for a democracy, the USA has such violent police.
Stopped by police, get out of your car, prepare to be executed.

Believe it or not, I was once in Shanghai some years ago and I saw a Chinese cop flag a car down for speeding, the woman got out argued with the officer and proceeded to slap him. LOL, he was like pls just stop, gave her a ticket and went about on his way. Try that in the USA.

A Japanese friend of mine once visited me when i was living in NYC and he remarked that this was what he imagined a police state to be.

If it was, i would have been cheering the cop on, i might have just grabbed the tazer to give him a few thousand volts myself.
 
When cops act this way, there should be a loudspeaker that says, "Officer! Relax! You are not being threatened!" And everyone should start recording this on their cell phones.

Cops usually say they are threatened. Which is an excuse to get their anger out on some poor soul who just happens to be in the way.

Also, if you don't immediately follow their command like, lay down, turn around, kiss your ass, etc., they feel the need to tase you and beat you senseless with their night sticks.
