Honestly it's kind of useless except to make it appear that it will help you.
We all know that being above an MA is bullish / below is bearish.
The same can be said for the other two indicators.
My guess... when it doesn't agree with them, investors will ignore it and proceed anyways. And when it does, then they will just add to positions. Sort of good as an affirmation... but if you can't use the tools yourself then you arn't making your own decisions and that's never a good thing.
